20-30 MINUTES - Free
In our free consultation, we'll have a chance to get to know each other. This will allow me to understand what you're going through and help identify the best support for you. Whether it's working with me in therapy or referring you to other resources that might be a better fit, we'll find the right path together.
50 MINUTES - $250
Most clients meet with me once a week for a scheduled 50-minute session. Our sessions are face-to-face via secure video, providing real-time support and guidance. I use strengths-based approaches and solutions-focused techniques to help you overcome obstacles and work toward the life you want.
75 MINUTES - $300
Once you schedule, we'll start with a 75-minute initial assessment to gain a deeper understanding of your current concerns and therapy goals. During this meeting, we'll also create an initial treatment plan to guide our work together.

*Grit and Grace offers services to California residents and ex-pats living abroad. Our clients must be 18 or older. Note that individuals with a history of serious mental health issues or active addiction might not be suitable for online counseling without additional supports.
